We may not think about it much, but all throughout our lives we learn a lot from each other. As babies and young children we learn how to eat, walk, talk and behave from family, friends and carers. As we get older we learn from our teachers but also from other students and the learning does not stop there.
When you go in to a job you may be required to spend some times training for the position. Sometimes this will be done in house or you may be required to attend workshops or training days ran by your employer or the manufacturer.
Often a colleague at work may be able to teach you a quicker or more effective way of carrying out a task, so do not be afraid to speak to each other and ask questions about how you complete certain elements of your day to day job role.
